Zucchini Slice:

grams course grated zucchini
1/2 cup cooking oil
3 rashers of bacon
1 cup of grated cheese
5 eggs
1 large onion
1 cup of S.R. flour
salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients together and pour into
a large deep pie dish.
Bake until brown on top at 350°
