Salsa Fabrics Quilter's Quickest Recipes


Vegie Alfredo:    1 lb. precooked deveined shrimp (any size)
                             1 jar Ragu Alfredo or Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce
                             3/4 cup milk or cream
                             12 oz. frozen mixed vegetables (I use the california mix)
                             12 oz. pasta cooked and drained (try a lemon/pepper linguini)
                             black pepper
                             dash of parsley for color
                             grated parmesan
                             Combine the sauce, milk, seasonings, shrimp and vegies and
                             heat thoroughly.  Do not boil or overcook--just enough to heat
                             vegetables thoroughly.  Serve over cooked pasta with a sprinkling
                             of cheese.  Elegant and easy...!
