Shrimp Curry in a Hurry:

                                  1 can Campbells Cream of Shrimp Soup (NOT DILUTED)
                                  1 bag of salad shrimp (frozen food section)
                                  2 tablespoons Cream Sherry
                                  Curry Powder to taste (optional but then you can't call it Shrimp Curry)
                                  1 cup rice
                                  2 cups water
                                  Boil the water and dump in rice. Cook until water is absorbed
                                  (about 15 minutes). In a second pot dump soup and thawed shrimp.
                                  Heat over medium heat. When it just starts to think about boiling add
                                  the sherry and curry. Lower the heat to simmer until rice is ready.
                                  This feeds 1-4 people depending on appetite.
                                  This unfortunately gets runny as left over but I doubt if you'll have
                                  leftovers.
