Gourmet Fish Soup:   1 pkg. white sauce mix
                                    1 pkg. newburg sauce mix
                                    1/2 lb. small precooked shrimp
                                    1/4 to 1/2 lb. small scallops
                                    1/2 to 1 lb. any white fish
                                    1/4 cup butter
                                    1 pint half and half
                                    Milk
                                    salt and pepper to taste
                                    Make soup base by mixing half & half, butter, sauce mixes,
                                    and about 1 quart of milk.  Heat over medium until very hot.
                                    Add shrimp, scallops, and fish.  Cook about 5 to 8 minutes
                                    until fish flakes.  Serve with hot rolls.
