Salsa Fabrics Quilter's Quickest Recipes

Chicken Sopa:      1 doz. flour tortillas (cut in fourths)
                              1 cup chicken broth
                              2 cups cooked chicken (boned and chunked)
                              1 onion (chopped)
                              1 can cream of chicken soup
                              1 stick of margarine (melted)
                              1 can of green chilis (chopped)
                              8-10 oz. chedder cheese (grated)
                              Cook onion and chiles in margarine till tender.  Add soup, chicken, and broth.
                              Grease lasagna type pan and layer tortilla, meat mixture and cheese.  Finish
                              with a layer of cheese on top.  Bake at 350° for 30 minutes till hot and bubbly.    
                              Serve with salad, rolls, and fresh fruit.  Serves 6.
