Chicken Broccoli
           Casserole:  2 or 3 whole chicken breasts (boned, halved and cooked)
                               10 oz. package frozen chopped broccoli (thawed and drained)
                               8 oz. pkg  processed cheese (shredded or sliced)
                               1 can cream of celery soup
                               1 cup prepared stuffing mix
                               1/2 cup melted butter
                               Tear cooked chicken into small pieces.  Spread broccoli evenly in a
                               9 x 13 baking dish.  Top with chicken pieces then cheese.  Spread
                               soup over all.  In a small bowl, combine stuffing mix and butter; spread
                               evenly over soup layer.  Bake in a 350º  oven for 45 minutes. 
                               Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
