Chinese Beef and Broccoli:

                                            1 lb. ground beef or thin cut strips of beef
                                            2 cups cut up broccoli pieces (fresh or frozen)
                                            1 pkg. firm tofu, cube before cooking
                                            1/4 cup Oyster Sauce (can be purchased at Asian or large markets
                                            2 Tbls. Soy Sauce
                                            1-2 Tbls. cooking oil
                                            Brown ground beef and drain (or brown beef strips) set beef aside
                                            Add 1-2 Tbls cooking oil to large frying pan or dutch oven
                                            Heat on medium high.  Add tofu and cook for about 10 to 15
                                            minutes stirring frequently.   Add beef, broccoli, and sauces.
                                            Cook for about 10 more minutes to heat up broccoli.  Taste.
                                            Add more sauce if preferred and heat a little longer.
                                            Serve over rice.
