Salsa Fabrics Quilter's Quickest Recipes

               Taco Soup:
    
                            This is a quick easy and great tasting soup. I use canned or frozen
                            vegetables, to make it quicker, but you can use fresh if you like.
                            This recipe feeds 4-6 people, or you can easily double the  recipe.
    
                            1 can red kidney beans
                            1 can black beans
                            1 can pinto beans
                            1 can sweet yellow corn
                            2 cans Rotel tomatos
                            1 can  diced tomatoes
                            1 package of taco seasoning
                            1 package of ranch salad dressing mix (hidden valley)
                            1 lb ground  beef
                            Toppings: Shreaded taco cheese, Sour Cream, Scoops Corn Chips
    
                           Brown the meat, add all the ingredients to a pot, add
                           2-3 cups of water, stir soup until salad dressing mix
                           and   taco seasoning desolve, cook for 30 minutes to 1
                           hour (the soup is fine as soon as it gets hot, but the
                           longer you cook it the better the flavors are distributed.
                           Take off heat and put into bowls, top with sour cream,
                           cheese and chips if desired.
