Salsa Fabrics Quilter's Quickest Recipes

Stewed Pork and Cabbage:

               1 head green cabbage
               8 pork chops
2 15 oz. cans whole tomatoes
               3 oz. white vinegar
               salt
               pepper
               8 medium white potatoes

Slice cabbage thinly, wash chops and potatoes. In a large pot
(preferably with a thick bottom), place one layer of cabbage,
2 pork chops, salt and pepper lightly. Continue layering, ending
with cabbage. Over top, pour both cans of tomatoes and the vinegar.
Cover, set on low heat for 2-3 hours (depending on thickness of
chops). They are done when they fall off the bone. Boil whole potatoes
               separately and serve together.
