Salsa Fabrics Quilter's Quickest Recipes


  Quick Chicken 
       Casserole:
      2 cups cubed chicken
                               1 can chicken soup (or gravy)
                               1 can cream of celery soup
                               1/2 cup water
                               1/2 teaspoon salt
                               1 32 oz. pkg of Tater Tots
                               1 16 oz. pkg of frozen vegetables
                               1 cup shredded chedder cheese
                               Combine soups, water, salt and mix well.  In a greased 9 x 13 baking
                               dish, put a third of the soup, then layer half of the tater tots, half of the
                               vegatables and half of the chicken.  Repeat layers and put the last 1/3
                               of soup on top.  Sprinkle cheese over all.  Cover and bake at 350° for
                               60 minutes.  Uncover and brown for 5 to 10 minutes. 
                               Really yummy!!
