                     Poyo Rellenos:

                                                6 boneles skinless chicken breasts
                                               1 can long whole green chilis
                                               (usually come in threes) cut in half
                                               six 2 1/4" strips of montery jack cheese.
                                               1/3 cup coarse gran corn meal
                                               1 egg
                                               1 pkg. taco seasoning
                                               Chili powder to taste.
                                               Lay out chicken breasts and place between two sheets
                                               of plastic wrap.   Pound out the filets till thin.
                                               Roll (jellyroll style) the chili and cheese and a splash
                                               of chili powder in center.
                                               Lightly beat egg combine corn meal and taco seasoning
                                               in seprate bowl. Dip breast roll in egg coat in corn meal mixture.
                                               place seam side down on a ungrease pan.
                                               cook at 350 degrees for 20-27 min.
