Pork Chop
Dinner:
1 can cream corn
1 small onion chopped
1/2 c crackercrumbs
2 eggs beaten.
Put in a greased 7in. by 10in.pan(what ever works for you).
Mix. Salt and pepper 6 six pork chops an arrang on top,
can over lap edges. bake 350, for 30 to 45 minutes,
or untill pork chops are brown. I have made this with less
pork chops and more corn.
