Salsa Fabrics Quilter's Quickest Recipes

                     Polenta Lasanga:

                                                1 cup cornmeal
                                                3 cup water
                                                1 bag pre cut brocalli & cauliflower
                                                1 zuchinni
                                                1 1/2 cup grated motzarella
                                                2 cups marinara sauce
                                                ms. dash
                                                (or any other seasonings you prefer)
              
                                                Bring water to a boil.  Add cornmeal and Ms. Dash (to season)
                                                Turn stove top to low heat and stir.  Put vegtables in a skillet
                                                over medium heat and saute.  In small pot heat marinara sauce.
                                                After 5 minutes and cornmeal has thickened.  Transfer cornmeal
                                                to baking dish, add a layer of cheese, then the vegtables and
                                                lastly the marinara sauce.  Serve.  makes great leftovers and
                                                it is low in fat!!!
