Fried Blossom Bundles:
Fresh picked pumpkin or squash blossoms
Sweet Onions
Hungarian or Banana Peppers
Monterray Jack cheese
Pancake Batter
Salt
Oil
Pick blossoms and wash inside and outside.
Stuff each blossom with a thick slice of onion, half of a pepper, and a chunk of cheese. Pinch top of blossom together.
Dip in prepared pancake batter which has been pre-mixed according to box instructions. Fry in hot oil, turning once,until golden brown. Drain on paper towel and sprinkle with salt.
