Priceless Filet of Sole:
2 lbs of sole (or other white fish)
1 Tablespoon of white wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dijon-style mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup butter melted
breadcrumbs
paprika
Mix together all ingredients except fish into a smooth spread.
Butter an ovenproof casserole dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs
and layer the fish, then the spread. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
