Sunday Brunch
Egg Casserole:    6 eggs
                             2 cups milk
                             1/2 t. salt
                             1 t. dry mustard
                             6 slices bread (cubed)
                             1 1/2 lbs ground sausage
                             2 cups grated chedder cheese
                             Brown sausage and drain.  Beat eggs, milk, dry mustard and
                             salt together.  Add bread cubes, 1 1/2 cups of cheese and
                             sausage to the egg mixture.  Mix well.  Pour all into a rectangular
                             baking dish and top with remaining cheese.  Bake at 350° for
                             45 minutes.  Cut into squares.  Sometimes I make a cream gravy
                             for it.  Delicious.
